Once we know the specifications of your project (requirements, theme, order quantity, etc.), we’ll send you an estimated cost. - AGREEING ON THE QUOTE
We only move forward to the next step (“BOOKING”) when you agree with the estimate. - BOOKING
We will send you a written Agreement and an Invoice. The Agreement needs to be signed and the down payment (deposit) needs to be made before we can proceed with the design phase. - TIMELINE
Once we receive the signed Agreement and Deposit, we’ll send you a ‘project brief’ which details the timeframe of any required responses from you (eg. your design preferences), and also of our production timeline. - DESIGN PHASE
Based on your requirements, we will email you at least two design options. If you need to revise anything, our price includes up to two revisions. Any additional revisions are available for additional charge. - A GREENLIGHT FROM YOU
Once you decide on the design, we need you to give the approval to start the production. At this point the chosen design is ‘locked’ and we will also reconfirm the quantity of your order. - PRODUCTION PHASE
After the final design confirmation in the previous phase, we then order the materials needed to produce your order and start crafting them with lots of care and attention to detail. Once the production is finished, we will send you the Final Invoice for the balance. - DELIVERY
After we receive the Final Payment, your order can be picked up or be delivered to a designated location.
